Pics from the 2012 Dirty Dash in Spokane, WA. Not sure how I could ever do justice describing my friends, Team “Running on Empty…But Still Full of It”. At least they put a bird on it 🙂

One of the best parts about starting the Tri-Cities Sport and Social Club is that I have the opportunity to meet and work with some of the finest talent in the area.  It could be working with fantastic chef, hosting events at a beautiful winery and event venue, or in the case of this year’s Spring Barrel Tasting, an invitation to attend a club member event at one of my favorite Red Mountain wineries, Fidelitas.

One of the fantastic things about Social Media is the ability to connect with like-minded people that otherwise might never have crossed your path. Thanks to the magic of Twitter, and the hospitality of Sara Nelson and her husband Kevin Cole of Sara Nelson Design in downtown Kennewick, I had the opportunity to meet some fabulous people in person.  Kevin and Sara have twice hosted an open house for friends both personal and virtual with a great turnout.  Sara and Nikki (another Twitter friend) did a beautiful job decorating the space.  I couldn’t help taking a few pictures.
